Obviously, Amouranth is the queen of hot tub streaming. This wouldn’t be a ‘best hot tub streamer’ list, if she wasn’t in the top position!
Amouranth does hot tub streams almost DAILY on Twitch and streams to over 15,000 viewers at all times. Due to her large viewer count, she consistently ranks at the top of the ‘Just Chatting’ category and is consistently featured on the home page of Twitch.
Sadly Amouranth has recently been demonetized by Twitch due to her content not being ‘advertisement-friendly’. This means she’ll likely miss out on thousands of dollars in advertisements.

Luckily, she is still allowed to make money on Twitch from subscribers and donations.
2. Faith
Faith is another loyal hot tub streamer on Twitch. Just like Amouranth, she can be seen in her hot tub almost daily on Twitch.
Faith is also consistently found on the front page of Twitch and whenever she goes live, she streams to over 7,000 viewers.
Faith often does bikini changes while streaming from her hot tub and performs squats every time someone subscribes.
3. IndieFoxx
Indiefoxx is yet another popular hot tub streamer on Twitch.
Whenever she goes live, she streams to an average of 5000 viewers. Unlike Faith and Amouranth, Indiefoxx has been doing fewer hot tub streams lately, focussing more on music streams instead.
However, since her hot tub streams are highly anticipated, she definitely deserves a place on this list.
4. Mia Malkova
While Mia Malkova isn’t necessarily a daily hot tub streamer, she does make this list because every time she broadcasts a hot tub stream, she almost breaks Twitch doing so!

ExohydraX is a hot tub streamer on Twitch who streams to over 4000 viewers at all times. She prides herself on being the ‘thiccest’ hot tub streamer on Twitch.
What is a hot tub streamer on Twitch?
Hot tub streamers are attractive Twitch streamers who stream on Twitch from an (often inflatable) hot tub.
Hot tub streamers are often called ‘tit streamers’, ‘booby streamers’, and other misogynistic terms.
How did the hot tub meta originate?
The hot tub meta finds its origin in 2019 when Twitch changed its community guidelines. Previously, swimwear was prohibited on the platform. This was later changed to fit contextual settings such as pools and hot tubs.
This change marked the start of hot tub streaming. In 2020, xoaeriel was the first Twitch streamer to start the hot tub trend.
While it remained low-key for a while, the trend really started becoming a meta in 2021 with streamers such as Amouranth and Faith streaming from a hot tub on a daily basis.
Why is hot tub streaming allowed on Twitch?
According to Twitch, streamers are allowed to wear swimsuits on stream as long as they are in an environment that requires them, for example, a pool or hot tub.
Twitch ToS is known to be very unclear as many streamers have been banned for showing far less skin than some of these hot tub streamers are.
Clearly, the problem lies with Twitch as a platform, and not the individuals on the platform.
Should hot tub streamers be banned from Twitch?
Obviously, since hot tub streaming is allowed by the current Twitch ToS, there is no reason to say hot tub streamers should be banned.
Hot tub streamers are simply making a living on Twitch doing their thing. After all, it’s their bodies and they are free to do whatever they please with them.
Hot tub streaming has sparked a lot of controversy on Twitch with popular streamers such as xQc claiming it is a pathetic and sad reality.

Other streamers such as Pokimane point out that while there is nothing wrong with hot tub streamers in general, the idea of hot tub streaming could be problematic in the way that it might encourage viewers to think it’s okay to start generalizing and see every female streamer as a potential hot tub streamer.
Is hot tub streaming taking over Twitch?
Hot tub streamers are often at the top of the ‘Just Chatting’ category. Similarly, these streamers are often featured on the front page of Twitch.
While a lot of streamers such as Pokimane see no harm in individual hot tub streamers doing their thing, when many of these streamers are live and ranking highly in the just chatting category, it does look like they are taking over Twitch.
This could be problematic for Twitch as a platform in the future, especially since the platform has a lot of kids on it.
UPDATE: To tackle the issue that hot tub streams are taking over the ‘just chatting’ or IRL category, Twitch has introduced a new category called Pools, hot tubs, and beaches. As of this update, hot tub streamers will no longer appear on the just chatting category.
