What microphone does Hiko use?
Hiko uses the Shure SM7B microphone
The microphone you see in the bottom-left of Hiko’s facecam is the coveted Shure SM7B. I say coveted because the majority of top streamers use this microphone. And not just streamers, it is popular amongst podcasters and YouTubers as well.
You can’t go wrong with this microphone. Not only does it look sleek and timeless (can you tell its design is from 1973?) but it is also a proven product that has stood the test of time.
This is a lifetime purchase reserved for the very top of Twitch streamers due to its high price point.

Hiko clearly cares about his long-term health as he has invested in a Herman Miller chair. And not just any Herman Miller chair, the Logitech X collaboration version.
The Herman Miller embody (both the gaming and original version) is very popular among streamers these days. It seems the top of Twitch and YouTube are leaving brands such as DXRacer and even Secretlab behind for more conventional and proven ergonomic chair brands such as Herman Miller.
