Last Updated on 01/02/2023 by Dean

This is an in-depth review of Viewerlabs, a Twitch viewing bot service.

When one looks to boost their popularity on Twitch, they use Viewerlabs.

In the last couple of weeks, I’ve tested out Viewerlabs extensively to put this review together.

In this review you’ll learn:

  • Is Viewerlabs legit or a scam?
  • Does Viewerlabs work?
  • Is Viewerlabs safe to use?
  • How to get a FREE TRIAL for Viewerlabs
  • What do real customers say about Viewerlabs?

You might be sitting on these questions and wondering whether or not Viewerlabs would be worth buying, in this review we’ll cover everything Viewerlabs has to offer and answer each of these questions.

If you don’t want to read through the review, you can [skip to our conclusion].

First things first:

what makes a viewbot service a scam?

[SKIP AHEAD TO THE REVIEW]

On the backend, a Twitch viewing bot is not much more than a server that runs a few lines of code that open your Twitch channel multiple times (however many you ordered) and does this using proxies (different IP addresses to avoid detection).

These view botting companies rent Ip Addresses from other companies. Proxies are sold for just about any price but cheap (or even free) proxies are most likely to be flagged which could lead to the views not showing up.

Some viewer bot services use these cheap proxies and it leads to live views not showing up.

Many of these scam services, don’t have support either (or rely on very slow email support).

Services can always fail, but if they don’t have live chat support available for a service that literally sells live views, that may not be the service you’re looking for.

And last but not least, a Twitch viewbot service should ALWAYS refund your money if live views DON’T show up. If they don’t, they are a scam.

So TL;DR, viewbotting services are a scam when:

  • Live views don’t show up
  • They don’t have proper support to help you out
  • They don’t refund your money when their service doesn’t work

Viewerlabs Review

What is Viewerlabs?

Viewerlabs is a Twitch view botting service. This means you can use their service to boost the viewers on your live stream.

As a result from this, you will appear more popular on Twitch than you actually are and you will appear higher in the Twitch directory as this is ranked by the number of live views.

Thus using such a service can increase your popularity in a ‘fake it till you make it’ kind of fashion.

On top of giving you live views, some of the viewers will also be chatting in your stream to prevent your channel from looking like it’s being view-botted.

To top of the service you will also receive followers at the same time.

To sum up, by paying for Viewerlabs you will receive:

  • Live Twitch viewers
  • Live Twitch chatters
  • Twitch followers

How Viewerlabs works

The way Viewerlabs works is simple, first, you’ll have to sign up for an account at viewerlabs.com.

Once signed up, you’ll gain access to the dashboard at which point you’ll be able to start the 30-minute free trial.

Afterwards, if you decide the service is worth it, you can select a payment plan from your dashboard. The options are: weekly, monthly and single-use.

Once a plan is selected, you can enter your Twitch channel credentials and use the service whenever you please from the dashboard!

Keep in mind that Viewerlabs is limited to 2 Twitch channels per subscription.

How to get the Viewerlabs free trial

One of the coolest features about Viewerlabs is that they have a free trial available.

While the free trial is very minimal, only giving you 30 minutes, this is the perfect way to test out the service.

This is something no other view-botting service offers.

And they’ve done this to prove that while many viewbotting services don’t work, theirs does.

So if you want to check out Viewerlabs for yourself BEFORE paying anything, go sign up for their free trial!

All you’ll have to do is sign up with an email and password and you’ll instantly gain access to the trial plan!

Viewerlabs pricing

Viewerlabs has 3 different pricing models:

  • Weekly pricing
  • Monthly pricing
  • Single use
Viewerlabs has cheap, affordable pricing compared to other Twitch viewing bots

Obviously, paying for Viewerlabs monthly is the most affordable if you’re an active streamer who streams almost daily.

However in many cases, you’ll benefit more from other plans…

For example, if you’re still unsure about view botting after using the free trial, you might be better off testing out the weekly plan first.

This will give you a good idea of whether or not Viewerlabs will be worth it for you.

You should also consider how much you stream per month.

Because in some cases, you might be cheaper off using the single-use plan every time you stream.

The single-use plan costs just $5 and gives you $100 viewers and chatters for a 12 hour period.

This means that if you stream for just 10 days every month, you’ll pay $50 per month when using the single-use plan every time.

If you were to pay for a monthly plan, you’d pay $90 for the same amount of viewers and chatters!

The only difference is that with a single-use plan, you won’t receive any followers at all, whereas in the monthly plan you would have received 1,200 followers throughout the entire month.

It’s up to you whether or not that is worth it.

Below is the weekly pricing for Viewerlabs.

And here’s the monthly pricing

200 followers400 followers1,200 followers3200 followers

Clearly, the monthly plan gives you the most bang for your buck, and at $35 per month for 25 live views, 25 chatters, and 200 followers, Viewerlabs is one of the most affordable view botting services out there for Twitch.

Custom chat list

Using chat bots isn’t always great. They will ask questions that aren’t related to your stream and it might look obvious that you’re using chat bots, especially when you have 50 of them running at the same time.

To counter this issue, Viewerlabs has added a feature that allows you to upload your own personal chat messages to your chat bots!

This means you can get the chat to say whatever you want them to say, directly from the dashboard.

Say you’re a WoW streamer, you could upload a bunch of WoW-related questions to make your chat appear real and not botted!

Viewerlabs support

Viewerlabs has live chat support that is available 24/7 directly through their website. On average, they reply within 3 minutes to support requests.

Some of the reviews found online to complain about the support being rude, I have yet to have such an experience.

Viewerlabs reviews – what does the community say?

Now what do other people say online about Viewerlabs, do they recommend the service?

Let’s take a look at their Trustpilot rating

Currently, Viewerlabs has 77 ratings on Trustpilot.

26% of the reviews are 5 stars and 53% of the reviews are 1 star.

In total, Viewerlabs has a 2.6 out of 5 rating.

viewerlabs reviews on Trustpilot

Clearly, that’s not good and means many of the Viewerlab customers are unsatisfied with the service they purchased.

Let’s look at some of the reviews…

I’ve noticed a pattern of users claiming the service works but they underdeliver live views.

Clearly, they have some work to do and should increase the number of live views they give to each user if they are consistently being reported as ‘underdelivering’.

They should also work on how they reply to negative reviews… Replying “Didn’t really happen like that though, did it?” to a negative review looks super unprofessional.

Pros of using Viewerlabs

  • Affordable pricing
  • Single-use plan available for just $5 / 100 live views
  • Free trial available for 30 minutes
  • 24/7 Live chat support
  • Custom chat list
  • Real-time information about service status

Cons of using Viewerlabs

  • Sometimes under-delivering live views

Should you use Viewerlabs?

While there are some negative reviews on Viewerlabs, I would still recommend it as a view botting service.

If you do plan to use them, be sure to test them through their free trial first.

After that, you can make use of their single-use plan or opt for a weekly plan (if you’re feeling confident).

Considering the bad reviews and their reputation of underdelivering, I would recommend that you don’t opt for a monthly plan right away and see how you feel about the service first.

While Viewerlabs is far from perfect, they are affordable, have live chat support and the service works. You will have to deal with under-delivering from time to time but for the most part this service works better than most other paid view botting services out there.

Alternatives to Viewerlabs

I’ve reviewed a bunch of Twitch view botting services and rated them on a 5-star scale. So far, Viewerlabs is the highest-rated one at just 3 stars…

Streambot0.5 stars
ViewerBoss1.5 stars

Are viewing bots for Twitch even worth it…?

We don’t recommend using a viewing bot for Twitch for a number of reasons…

  1. By view botting, you are risking a permanent ban on Twitch. This means you would never be able to become an affiliate or partner on the platform and make money from Twitch.
  2. Not only that, but you are also risking your reputation. As I hopefully have sufficiently explained throughout this article, view botting is painstakingly obvious. You don’t want to be known as a viewbotter if you aim to make any type of career on Twitch.
  3. You could get scammed. The large majority of these view botting services that charge a lot of money to increase your viewer count, don’t actually deliver. The reviews of each of these services are painfully bad. If you don’t have money to blow, don’t purchase a viewbot.
  4. Viewbotting will make you lazy. Think about it, if you can achieve artificial views at the press of a button? Why would you ever bother not cheating? Why would you bother establishing a presence on social media and creating an audience for yourself when you have made everything SO easy on yourself?

We believe view botting will do a Twitch channel more harm than it will do good.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Viewerlabs a scam?

I would not say Viewerlabs is a scam. The service works and they do deliver live viewers and followers.

They do tend to underdeliver as proven by the many reviews saying so but for the most part this is doable and many reviewers seem to be okay with it.

Viewerlabs has live chat support to help you out instantly if something isn’t working and you’re having trouble with their service. They are also known to refund customers.

Is Viewerlabs safe to use? Can it get me banned?

The odds of you getting banned from Twitch for using a service like Viewerlabs are minimal, but they are of course never off the table. Using any kind of bot to boost your popularity, will always have some kind of risk attached to it.

Does viewerlabs offer real views?

No, you will not be getting real views when using Viewerlabs. The viewers, the chatters, and the followers that are coming on your stream will be bots.

Of course, using a viewing bot service will boost you in the Twitch directory and could lead to real people coming in organically as well.

Will my Viewerlabs views drop?

As long as you are paying for Viewerlabs and you use the dashboard to send live views to your Twitch channel, you shouldn’t notice much of a drop in views.

Of course, the viewer count will always fluctuate throughout your stream.

Why is Viewerlabs not working?

Be sure to check whether or not they are operational first, you can check the service status directly on their website or by clicking here.

If the service status claims Viewerlabs is active but you’re still not receiving any live views and chatters after a couple of minutes you should contact Viewerlabs’ live chat. If the issue persists you should ask for a refund.
